The freelabs.com domain was created on 30-Nov-1995. Prior to that, I had a web site on ftp.nasm.edu for several years.

I don't have the logs handy but estimate by interpolation would indicate 172,000 page loads (not hits - i.e. no images).

Page loads are only html pages - they do not include images or text fiels.
Older: I don't keep an official web page counter, but the logs indicate that my home page tree has received about 66,165 hits from outside our domain between May of 1996 and may-1998. Excluding images gives 37810 pages. Prior to Apr/1997 I did not include images; even now, I avoid gratuitous use of images.
Old: In the past 17 months or so (16-Jan-1998 to 09-Jul-1999), my web page tree which contains hundreds of pages was accessed over 50,000 times from 95 different countries (bogus countries excluded). 14% (or 7149 hits) were to my home page. These statistics do not count over 30000 hits prior to that period. None of these statistics include hits resulting from inline images.
